 Kathy Gualco is a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Her home and her office are located in Atkinson, NH. Kathy has 7 years experience working with families and investors in an urban environment, as well as in the suburbs of southern NH and northern Massachusetts.
Kathy creates a relationship with her clients right from the start, and nurtures it throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and enthusiasm extend beyond the border, and the closing, to ensure that you have the information and resources necessary for a smooth transaction. Her services include a free consultation, neighborhood analysis, staging and marketing, as well as a free home security inspection. Kathy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Education from The University of Massachusetts at Boston, and a Master of Science degree in Administration from Boston College. |

Kathy is a member of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Associations of Realtors, the Granite State South Board of Realtors, the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Salem Business Networkers International (BNI).
